2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at nogo9 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors at nogo9 receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳11,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer applies to one person, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If any irregularity or misuse of bonuses is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
- nogo9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or modify its terms.
- Multiple bonus benefits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier changes are based on the user's activity and engagement. nogo9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program's terms, cashback rates, or benefits at any time without prior notice.
Cashback is generally credited as bonus balance and may be subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
7 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
7.1 Closure by nogo9
nogo9 may suspend or permanently close an account immediately and without notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or improper activity
- Providing false information or concealing identity
- Misuse of bonuses
- Suspicion of money laundering
- On the order of a court or regulatory authority
7.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bonuses or active bets must be settled before the account is closed.
7.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. Such accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee or a reduction in balance — however, the balance will never go negative.
